RICH in collaboration with projects/networks that specifically focus on International Cooperation activities, investigates the needs/interests of existing EU RIs for international partnerships. The respective activities address two main groups:
- European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) countries and Western Balkan Countries;
- Industrialized and BRIC countries and Emerging economies: US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, and Africa
